Thomas C. Tillman

Tom Tillman is the Founder of
TEXYN.  He is responsible for TEXYN’s project development activities in coal gasification.

Prior to founding TEXYN, Mr. Tillman spent 25 years in the power sector, including engineering, operations, construction, development, manufacturing, sales and management.  His portfolio of energy operations include nuclear, hydro, natural gas and coal fired facilities.  He is the author of several papers regarding economics and asset optimization.

Mr. Tillman earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and an MBA from the State University of New York.  He is a registered Professional Engineer.
